The variety of reineta apple called Errezil is named after the village in the Urola region. It is a food item which is very much appreciated in cuisine for its culinary versatility and potential. Urkizahar (Beizama)

Urkizahar organic txakoli wine is produced in Beizama, in south facing vineyards located at an altitude of 350-450 meters over the Ibai-Eder reservoir. This fact gives it the distinction of being the highest altitude vineyard in the Getariako Txakolina designation of origin.

Añota Cider Marker (Azpeitia).

Añota cider maker is the sole cider producer in the region. It is surrounded by its own apple tree orchards from where it obtains the raw material for producing about 40% of the 200,000 litres of cider it produces annually.
